This article compared hypothermia (33C) vs normothermia (<37.8) in patients with out of hospital cardiac arrest. There was no difference in mortality in 1850 patients between the 2 groups in the largest trial on hypothermia for cardiac arrest to date. Is this the death of hypothermia for cardiac arrest?
